DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Skin tonic: Add 5 drops to 25g of moisturiser and apply nightly.
Sleep and relaxation: Add 5 drops to a diffuser in the bedroom.
Stress relief: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser or bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Anti-aging: Add 2-5 drops to 50g of Untouched Face Cream. For added benefits add 3 drops of Sandalwood and 2 drops of Rose.
